Shipping to the United Kingdom is straightforward when using an established courier such as UPS or another major supplier.

1. Create an account on UPS.com or with your preferred supplier. Create a collection/shipping order and choose your preferred collection date.

   Please include: “Info@hairknowhow.com” as an email recipient so we can track the sample shipping progress.

2. Please download your CN22 document (Customs Declaration Form) and Shipping Invoice Templates.

   Please ensure your address and other highlighted details are correct before shipping. These documents will need to be included on the exterior of your selected courier’s packaging.

3. Print THREE copies of the Shipping Invoice + and ONE copy of the CN22 Customs Declaration —attach all documents to the exterior of the packaging using the transparent commercial shipping pouch (if using UPS). 

   Don’t forget to attach your shipping label!

   Remember:

   Place the hair sample securely within the prelabelled HairKnowHow sample bag and secure it within the HairKnowHow kit envelope. Place the HairKnowHow envelope into your UPS (or selected) courier’s packaging.
